Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Export Sales Manager. The Export Sales Manager will oversee and expand international sales operations, develop strategic plans to penetrate global markets, cultivate relationships with international clients, and identify potential business opportunities. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with export laws, preparing and negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities will also form a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Export, International Sales, and International Business is required.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of global market trends and cultural nuances related to international trade.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to ensure compliance with export regulations and handle logistics efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Multilingual skills or fluency in an additional language could be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding business in global markets.
