We're looking for a seasoned Export Sales professional to lead our international expansion. The ideal candidate brings strong connections with global retailers and distributors (think Walmart, Costco, Tesco, Carrefour, Aldi, Metro) and a proven track record of opening new markets, driving adoption, and building lasting partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for priority markets
- Open and grow business with global retailers, distributors & wholesalers
- Manage the full export cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating & closing
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations, food safety, and certifications
- Represent the brand at leading global food trade fairs & buyer meets
- Drive sales growth while protecting profitability and brand equity
What We're Looking For
- 812 years experience in export sales / international business development (FMCG / Food & Beverages)
- Strong global network with leading retailers & distributors
- Proven success in scaling exports and securing long-term contracts
- Deep knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and certifications (FDA, BRC, HACCP, etc.)
- MBA/PGDM preferred (International Business / Marketing)
- Entrepreneurial, persuasive, and open to frequent overseas travel
