We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive with proven experience in international sales of heavy construction equipment such as Excavators, Backhoe Loaders, Road Rollers, and related machinery.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of export documentation, Letter of Credit procedures, and overseas market development.
Identify and develop new overseas buyers for heavy construction equipment.
Manage the end-to-end export sales process, from inquiry handling to deal closure.
Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, LC documentation, etc.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business trips abroad to promote products.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in exports of heavy equipment/machinery.
Sound knowledge of Letter of Credits (LCs) and export documentation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Flexibility to travel abroad for business development and client meetings.
Foreign business travel experience will be considered an added advantage.
