Job Description:

We are seeking a Sales professional for our Pharmaceutical Export Business with hands-on experience in international markets and strong knowledge of export procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage export sales leads for pharmaceutical products
  • Handle international clients, distributors, and importers
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and pricing
  • Coordinate with CRM, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution
  • Strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory experience in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Strong knowledge of export procedures, documents, and formalities, including:
  • Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List
  • COO, COA, MSDS, FSC (as applicable)
  • Understanding of shipping, logistics, and customs clearance
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, payment terms, and international trade practices
  • Experience dealing with international buyers (Africa / GCC / CIS / LATAM preferred)
  • Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in regulated and semi-regulated export markets
  • Exposure to generic pharmaceuticals, OTC, or veterinary products
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and export documentation workflows
