Job Descriptions:
This role involves managing complete back-office operations, execution of orders, sampling management and operational support activities.
Operational:
- Monitor sales transactions and review customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues.
- Managing information between factory and clients
- Track enquiries, sampling, pricing, shipments and deliveries index
- Work closely with marketing on collaterals and tools
- Constant operational announcements
- Complaint management Customer to finance for settlement
- Data capturing at all levels
- Third party inspection and feedback implementation
- Payment management and documentation
- Pre and post shipment management (Documentation)
- Working closely with shipping and logistics company for On time deliveries
Qualification:
Bachelors / Masters from reputed universities with Sound experience.
Experience:
3 + Years of relevant experience in reputed Organisation.
