Location: Janakpuri, Delhi Experience: 2–5 Years Industry: International Logistics / Freight Forwarding About the Role We are looking for an experienced Air & Sea Export Pricing Executive with strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and pricing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing competitive freight quotations, negotiating rates, and coordinating with global logistics partners. Key Responsibilities Prepare competitive pricing and quotations for Air & Sea Export shipments. Handle pricing for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL, LCL, and multimodal shipments. Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport vendors to obtain the best freight rates. Negotiate freight charges while ensuring competitive and profitable pricing. Analyse market trends, carrier rates, and customer requirements to provide cost-effective logistics solutions. Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to support customer enquiries and business development. Maintain updated freight tariffs, carrier contracts, and pricing records. Ensure timely response to RFQs and customer pricing requests. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in International Logistics or Freight Forwarding. Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, FCL, LCL, and export pricing. Experience in freight quotation preparation and rate procurement. Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding processes.
