We are seeking an experienced Export Port Operations Manager to oversee our export activities at the port. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and export operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all export operations at the port, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities for smooth export processes.
- Manage and optimize logistics operations, including loading and unloading of cargo.
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols in accordance with industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all export shipments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Train and supervise the port operations team to enhance productivity and performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in export operations or port management.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
