Export Operations - Freight Forwarding

• Handle export bookings with shipping lines from request to SI, VGM, BL release and sailing confirmation
• Coordinate container release, empty pickup, stuffing (factory/CFS), gate-in and cut-off compliance
• Prepare and check SI, draft BL, HBL/MBL and other export documents; get them approved before cut-off
• Follow up with CHA, CFS, transporters and terminals at JNPT / Mundra / ICDs
• Manage roll-overs, transshipment updates and delay communication with customers and overseas agents
• Handle DG/HAZ booking requirements (DG declaration, MSDS, carrier approvals) where applicable
• Track shipments, share status updates, and keep job files and MIS current in the ERP
• Reconcile carrier invoices (freight, THC, BL, detention) against quotes before billing

What we are looking for

• 2–6 years in export operations with a shipping line, NVOCC or freight forwarder
• Working knowledge of carrier booking portals, cut-offs, VGM, Form 13 and BL process
• Familiarity with ICEGATE / shipping bill flow is a plus
• Clear written English for daily email with carriers, customers and overseas agents
• Graduate in any discipline; logistics or shipping certification is a plus
