Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad for an Export Merchandise role. The responsibilities include managing export-related activities and processes, maintaining communication with clients and suppliers, ensuring adherence to export-related regulations, and handling documentation. Additional day-to-day tasks may include coordinating shipments, collaborating with internal teams for smooth workflow, and meeting export sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain good relationships with clients and team members.
- Customer service and sales skills to manage client inquiries and facilitate successful transactions.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage export documentation, coordinate processes, and meet deadlines.
