We are looking for a driven and resourceful Export Manager to lead this next phase of global growth.
Role OverviewAs Export Manager, your primary responsibility is to grow Zariin's international sales by:
- Strengthening and growing existing export relationships
- Building partnerships with buying houses, multi-brand stores, and distributors
- Creating new business opportunities in key global markets
You'll work directly with the founders to drive Zariin's international retail, wholesale, and B2B presence.
Key Responsibilities1.
Account Management Existing Export Clients- Manage and nurture relationships with current international buyers and retail partners
- Ensure timely order processing, stock updates, and product recommendations
- Upsell new collections and increase order sizes through targeted follow-ups
- Track performance of each client/store and propose customized growth plans

Buying Houses & Trade Relationships- Build strong working relationships with buying houses and sourcing agents based in India
- Introduce Zariin's line sheets, lookbooks, and USPs to relevant partners
- Leverage their global networks to secure B2B orders from overseas retailers

New Business Development- Identify and approach international concept stores, lifestyle boutiques, and department stores aligned with Zariin's aesthetic
- Research and shortlist new countries/regions for expansion (e.g., Middle East, Europe, South-East Asia, USA)
- Develop a network of agents/distributors in high-potential markets
- Represent Zariin in international trade fairs, B2B shows, and virtual buyer meetings

Sales Enablement & Coordination- Share updated line sheets, rate cards, marketing assets, and brand story with all prospective partners
- Work with the design and marketing team to offer exclusive collections or region-specific assortments where relevant
- Coordinate sampling, production timelines, and logistics with internal teams

Reporting & Strategy- Maintain CRM/database of leads, buyers, agents, and partners
- Track sales pipeline and follow-ups across all international opportunities
- Share monthly reports on performance, growth, and opportunities
- Provide input on pricing, packaging, or design tweaks for better export performance
Requirements- 47 years of export sales or B2B business development experience in fashion, lifestyle, jewelry, or handicraft industry
- Strong network in buying houses, sourcing agencies, and international retailers
- Proven ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and confident in client-facing interactions
- Comfortable with tools like Excel, email CRM, Google Workspace
