Develop export sales and manage distributors to drive growth of submersible pumps and motors across APAC, West Africa, and East Africa.
Introduce new products into international markets.
Plan and execute marketing activities for international sales.
Drive sales through dealers and distributor networks.
Conduct market development and channel expansion activities.
Manage pricing, negotiation, and contract management for international clients.
Build and maintain cross-cultural relationships and communication with international stakeholders.
Prepare sales forecasts and reporting for export business.
Travel across APAC, West Africa, and East Africa as per business requirements.
Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
