Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Pune for an Export Manager. The Export Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the company's export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing export strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with international clients, managing logistics and documentation, and identifying opportunities for international market expansion. The candidate will also collaborate with the sales team to meet global sales goals and optimize business planning strategies.

Qualifications

MBA (Marketing/International Business)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Country wise Market Research, Market Analysis, Competitor mapping
• Identifying new customers & Cold callings through emails, Tele calls & social media platforms
• Preparing RFQ, logic notes, export data and cost sheets & Pricing for customers
• Working on competitive pricing & Converting prospect leads in to sales.
• Co-ordinating with supply chain team for Product Sampling, Technical details of Products & goods readiness follow up with factory on daily basis to achieve order dispatch on time
• Strictly (Sampling, Order tracking. Order documentation & Payment Tracking) day to day basis.
• Coordinating with logistic vendors for cost-effective transportation of domestic + export shipments
• Coordinating with CHA for export documentation & with Finance department for Payments
• Supervise dispatch and receipt of customer samples.
• Assist in root cause analysis for every product complaint to attain zero product recall.
• Participating in International & Indian Trade shows for B2B networking .
• Identify new markets and potential customers for both existing as well as new product forms
• keeping track of sales movement sku wise in Various Countries, market mapping, Competitor analysis and tracking of Distributor sales.
