Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive revenue generation through effective customer engagement, account management, and deal execution.
- Take orders from different countries like Kenya, South Africa, Kazakistan, etc)
- Manage end-to-end fulfillment activities to ensure timely completion of customer orders and service levels.
- Coordinate global logistics operations, ensuring smooth movement of goods from dispatch to delivery.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize supply chain workflows to reduce delays, mitigate risks, and improve overall efficiency.
- Act as a key interface between sales, warehouse/operations, and transportation partners to align priorities and resolve issues quickly.
- Oversee order processing from confirmation through shipment execution, documentation coordination, and delivery tracking.
- Ensure accurate coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders to support consistent shipment performance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks in logistics and supply chain execution and implement corrective actions.
- Provide regular reporting on shipment status, order completion, performance metrics, and revenue-related outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in export-related operations, logistics coordination, and order fulfillment in a global or cross-border environment.
- Proven ability to generate revenue through sales execution, customer relationships, and effective commercial follow-up.
