Job Title : Warehouse Exports Executive

Location : Bhiwandi, Maharashtra

Days of Working : Monday to Friday

Job Summary

The Warehouse Exports Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end export operations at the warehouse, from order receipt and physical picking through final dispatch and documentation. The role ensures that all export shipments comply with international trade regulations, buyer-specific requirements, and company safety and quality standards.

The Warehouse Exports Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end export operations at the warehouse, from order receipt and physical picking through final dispatch and documentation. The role ensures that all export shipments comply with international trade regulations, buyer-specific requirements, and company safety and quality standards.

Export Documentation & Compliance

Verify pre-shipment documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other mandatory documents as per the defined checklist.

Prepare and review export documentation such as Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin (COO).

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and applicable INCOTERMS.

Value added Service work.

Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure packaging and labelling meet international standards and buyer specifications.

Ensure correct marking, barcoding, and tagging of export consignments to avoid delivery or customs issues.

Logistics Coordination & Shipment Monitoring

Arrange freight bookings (air, ocean, or road) with freight forwarders and carriers, optimizing routes and costs.

Track shipments from dispatch to final destination and provide regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Proactively manage and resolve shipment delays, damages, or documentation discrepancies.

Inbound Operations

Oversee unloading of inbound delivery trucks and verify received goods against packing slips or purchase orders.

Inspect inbound shipments for damage or shortages and report discrepancies immediately.

Inventory & Storage Management

Ensure inventory is stored correctly in accordance with FIFO / FEFO / LIFO principles.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile variances with ERP or WMS records.

Optimize warehouse space utilization to improve operational efficiency and storage capacity.

Monitor and control value-added service (VAS) operations within the warehouse.

Outbound & Dispatch Operations

Coordinate picking, packing, staging, and timely dispatch of export orders.

Work closely with production, sales, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate export transaction records, shipment logs, and compliance documentation in ERP systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

  • 2–5 years of experience in export-import logistics, warehouse operations, or freight forwarding.
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping processes, and export documentation.
  • Familiarity with IATA / IMDG regulations is an added advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Soft Skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate with warehouse teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
