Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for an Export Head at Diarch International. The Export Head will oversee and manage export operations, including coordinating with suppliers, buyers, and logistics teams to ensure the effective and timely delivery of goods. The role further involves managing supply chain processes, liaising with international clients, resolving customer concerns, overseeing procurement, and leading a team to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Operations Management for effective oversight of logistics and export processes.
• Experience in Procurement and Team Leadership to ensure resource optimization and team collaboration.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships with global clients and address their needs efficiently.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in international trade regulations and documentation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in the import/export industry is preferred.
