Export Growth Marketer

Katyayani Organics is a Bhopal-based agri-input company. We make crop protection and crop nutrition products and sell them directly to farmers and retailers across India, and our export business is growing fast. We are looking for an Export Growth Marketer to build the pipeline of international buyers behind that growth.

About the role

You will own growth marketing for our export business: finding qualified B2B buyers in target countries, running outreach that gets replies, keeping our presence on global B2B marketplaces sharp, and building country-by-country go-to-market plans that turn leads into export orders.

What you will do

• International lead generation: drive B2B customer acquisition and qualified lead generation across target global markets.

• Buyer outreach and campaigns: design and run multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn and performance marketing) aimed at importers, distributors and agents.

• B2B marketplace management: manage and optimise our presence on Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia and regional B2B marketplaces.

• Country-wise go-to-market: build a tailored GTM strategy for each target country and create the export marketing collateral to support it.

• CRM and pipeline: use CRM tools to track every lead from first touch to conversion, and report on pipeline growth.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing or export growth marketing.

• Proven results in international lead generation, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and performance marketing campaigns.

• In-depth familiarity with global B2B marketplaces such as Alibaba, IndiaMART and TradeIndia.

• Comfortable working in a CRM every day and building your own pipeline reports.

• Direct exposure to the agrochemical or agri-input sector is strongly preferred.
