We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Export Executive to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our export operations, ensuring compliance, and fostering strong relationships with international clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage export documentation and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies for timely delivery.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with international clients.
- Maintain and update records of export transactions and shipments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with overseas clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the pharmaceutical export sector.
- Assist in the preparation of export bids and proposals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1-10 years of experience in export sales or business development in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
