Role & Responsibilities
- To Coordinate with customer for payment & order also help customer with day to day inquiries, samples, shipment details etc.
- To handle ERP System for Order/Sample/Promotional Tool processing.
- To manage customer account & maintain customer account from orders to dispatch.
- To co-ordinate with Factory and managing specific Accounts/ Customers.
- To co-ordinate with CAD Team for Presentations Process.
- To maintain Promotional tools and Sample dispatch tracking.
- To co-ordinate with Inter- Department and Factory.
- To be handling dispatch Co-ordination.
Requirements
Skills Required
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Graduation / MBA preferred
- Candidates must be based in Ahmedabad
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
