Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Executive. The Export Executive will manage and oversee export documentation, coordinate with clients, and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. Responsibilities include facilitating the smooth export of products, managing import-export processes, and contributing to international sales efforts. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to handle interactions with stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Export Documentation and Import Export processes
• Understanding of International Trade regulations and procedures
• Pre & post shipment procedure & documentation
• Skills in Sales and experience in export-related sales operations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using tools for documentation and spreadsheets
• A bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
