This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for an Export Documentation Specialist. The role involves preparing and managing all necessary export and import documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and logistics partners, providing exceptional customer service, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role may also involve assisting with customs clearance processes and resolving issues related to documentation or shipments.

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and knowledge of Import-Export processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and trade compliance requirements
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in using office software and tools for documentation and communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Relevant experience in export or international trade will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields is preferred
