Export Documentation Executive

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream, often paired with a specialized diploma or certification in export-import management or  logistics.

• Experience: Typically requires 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or trade documentation.

• Core Skills: Knowledge of shipping terms (Incoterms), port operations, and proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office

Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Prepare and check Samples invoices & Coordination with Courier companies.

• Logistics Coordination: Coordination with client in good English and follow up with Buyers on Call , Whatapp , Intagram, facebook & Good Email writing skills.
