This is an on-site, full-time role for an Export Documentation Specialist in Rajkot. The role involves managing export documentation workflows, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will communicate with clients, provide excellent customer service, and oversee import-export processes for seamless operations. The role also includes resolving queries, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and Import-Export processes
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience or knowledge in global export and trade compliance
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle and organize documentation meticulously
• Working knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations
• Proficiency in English and other languages is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the ceramic or related industries is beneficial
