Role Overview

We are seeking an Export Sales Coordinator to handle export order processing, customer communication, shipment coordination, and export documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate export orders from receipt to shipment.
• Communicate with international customers regarding orders and deliveries.
• Prepare export documentation, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams for timely dispatch.
• Track shipments and maintain records in ERP/MS Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Export Coordination/Export Documentation.
• Knowledge of export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
• ERP experience will be an added advantage.
