Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Export Business Development Manager who can independently manage the complete international sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and repeat business.
This role is execution-focused, not just coordination. The person will actively generate overseas buyers, handle negotiations, manage follow-ups, close export orders, and build long-term distributor relationships for EcoGreenz and other group companies.
Key Responsibilities
Generate international B2B leads using global trade portals, databases, and direct outreach
Identify and onboard importers, distributors, wholesalers, and bulk buyers
Handle buyer communication, pricing discussions, samples, negotiations, and follow-ups
Convert inquiries into confirmed export orders and repeat customers
Coordinate with internal teams for production planning, timelines, and dispatch
Work closely with logistics partners / CHA for export documentation & shipment tracking
Manage complete export sales lifecycle end-to-end
Maintain buyer pipeline, follow-up tracker, and sales reports
Support export sales for EcoGreenz and other group companies
Represent the company in international buyer calls, video meetings, and trade inquiries
Required Candidate Profile
36 years experience in Export Sales / International Business Development
Strong knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international logistics
Hands-on experience using international trade portals and B2B platforms
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Experience in packaging / FMCG / food-service / HoReCa products preferred
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Willing to work from office in India and handle multiple export markets
