Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for an Export Executive at Uila Power Private Limited. The Export Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end export documentation, coordinating international trade processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining relationships with global clients. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to drive overseas sales, handling import-export operations, and resolving any trade-related issues.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Export Documentation and familiarity with Import-Export procedures
• Understanding of International Trade regulations and practices especially to African countries
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure compliance with export requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Prior experience in the power solutions or similar industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Commerce, Logistics or a related field preferred
