Position: Expo Sales, ET Education

Location: Gurugram/ Noida

Role Summary

The Associate Expo Sales will take ownership of outreach pipelines, lead generation, and expo sales for ET Education's events portfolio. The role involves managing communication workflows, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth and high-quality conversions for large-scale summits and expos.

KRAs:

  • Execute expo outreach campaigns targeting delegates, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Manage the end-to-end delegate acquisition process, including prospecting, engagement, follow-ups, and conversion.
  • Build and maintain high-quality databases, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and consistent updates.
  • Independently drive outbound communication across email, phone, social channels, and other outreach platforms.
  • Track and analyse outreach performance to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, event management) to ensure smooth expo engagement and delegate onboarding.
  • Handle large-scale reach-out activities with strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with external stakeholders, including delegates, partners, and institutional representatives.

Key Requirements

  • Prior hands-on experience in expo outreach, delegate acquisition, or event engagement is mandatory.
  • Strong proficiency in managing databases, follow-ups, and end-to-end outreach funnels.
  • Experience in the education, events, or expo domain is an added advantage.
  • Ability to independently drive communication and ensure conversions without close supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Target-driven mindset and ability to handle high-volume outreach tasks.
