As a key Sr. TA, you will provide critical advisory services, including market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies, and problem resolution, spending significant time engaging with Hiring Managers and fostering Talent Communities.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience within the CDMO, CRO, and Pharma domains.

What you will do:

• Consult with Hiring Managers on requirements and competitive market rates.
• Provide expertise on contingent workforce legislation and market knowledge.
• Manage full life cycle recruitment processes, from vendor resume screening to offer negotiation.
• Facilitate contractor onboarding and offboarding.
• Drive continuous process improvement and provide operational reports.

What you bring:

• 810 years of robust recruiting experience (corporate and agency environments preferred).
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced, full life cycle recruitment.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
