Job Title: Expert ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location 100% Remote in India

Willing to work US hours

Work timings: 3 pm to 12 am IST

Need Techno functional Candidates , Who have hands on experience on ServiceNow Platform

Need Immediate Joiners only

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Good experience in Agile.
• Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication skills

ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or Security Operations (Any of 2 required)

Certifications :

CSA mandatory + any 1 other certification

ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred.

Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PMI-ACP) is beneficial.
