The Project
As part of the growth of our activities, we are looking for an RoC Drills Expert to prepare, coordinate, facilitate, and implement Rehearsal of Concept (RoC) sessions, ensuring effective coordination between all project stakeholders on behalf of the Owner's Engineer (OE).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Rehearsal of Concept (RoC) methodology for the project.
- Prepare and coordinate all stakeholders prior to critical project activities.
- Plan and facilitate a one-week RoC workshop, acting as a full-scale project rehearsal by reviewing the execution sequence, roles, responsibilities, interfaces, and deliverables step by step.
- Lead the Lessons Learned (REX) process and develop a standardized, reusable RoC methodology for future projects.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment between all project teams throughout the preparation phase.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience planning, facilitating, and implementing Rehearsal of Concept (RoC) drills.
- Strong background in Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience on HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) projects is highly desirable.
- Experience working on large-scale EPC, energy, or infrastructure projects is an asset.
- Professional proficiency in English.
