Job Description

  • Perform Radio Network optimization
  • Perform root cause analyses - mapping between RF, Transmission and/or Core Network and share recommendations with relevant parties
  • Work hands-on at system level on various traces for correlation between KPIs on Network
  • Perform analysis based on Drive test /Driveless data and correlate with Radio OSS (Performance Management Report)/Other source of data for Network
  • Troubleshoot backhaul issues by monitoring jitter, packet loss and perform root cause analysis
  • Perform Worst Cell Performance Analysis, Alarm Monitoring and KPI Degradation analysis
  • Create Scripts, RET validation, Perform Pre & Post Health Checks
  • Responsible to manage of various LTE/VOLTE KPIs of Accessibility, retainability and Mobility
  • Solid knowledge of Basic Radio procedures in VoLTE/LTE/5G technologies
  • Responsible for Network Audit/Parameters comprising of overall Network Quality & Network Coverage.
  • Good understanding of 5G/VoLTE/LTE RAN Network based on Statistics monitoring
  • Rich experience on Ericsson 5G OSS access and commands
  • Perform 5G/VoLTE/LTE network optimization and drive test analysis
  • Work on network improvement and optimization tasks
  • Work on Drive test log file data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Very Good understanding of 5G/4G Layer 3 messages and can perform analysis and recommend parameter changes for network improvement
  • Need to possess excellent parametric knowledge for analyzing entire network parametric audit
  • Perform new feature trials for network improvement
  • Ability to work on TDD and FDD network
  • Ability to trouble shoot on a multiband, Layer strategy and multivendor network
  • Ability to trouble shoot on multi-technology- 5G/VoLTE/LTE, Event log Analysis
  • Qualification & Soft Skill: -
  • Must be an Engineering Graduate - BE/B.Tech (Preferred in Electronics & Communication stream) with 5 to 10 years experience.
  • Must have min. 2 years hands on Experience on Ericsson- prefer multi-vendor experience
  • Must have above average communication skills
