Expert, Release Train Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate PI Planning, ART syncs, system demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
2. Coach Agile teams, Scrum Masters, and leaders in SAFe and Lean-Agile practices.
3. Track execution of features, manage dependencies, and escalate impediments.
4. Drive DevOps, UX innovation cycles, and portfolio alignment with Lean budgets.

Key Deliverables:

1. Timely delivery of Program Increment objectives and system-level demos.
2. Streamlined coordination across multi-hub teams and Agile Release Trains.
3. Improved ART agility and built-in quality through coaching and feedback.
4. Enhanced collaboration across engineering, product, and architecture teams.
