Job Description

Job Title: Expert †Operational Excellence

Objective: Drive operational excellence by identifying, prioritizing, and executing process improvement and automation opportunities that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, improve service levels, and enable sustainable business growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunity for Automation and process improvement
  • Translate identified opportunities into structured projects with defined scope, objectives, and expected benefits
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  • Work closely with Operations teams to validate requirements, processes, and impact
  • Partner with Technology/IT teams to design and deploy digital or automation solutions
  • Lead end-to-end project implementation from ideation to rollout
  • Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies

  • Ensure realization and sustainability of project benefits

Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in Process Automation / Process Improvement (PA/PI)
  • Project management and execution capability
  • Stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma methodologies
  • Exposure to automation tools such as UiPath and Power Automate will be considered an added advantage
