Job Description
- Ensure precise measurements for machining activities.
- Take proper care of cutting tools and maintain tools to cost control by increasing tool life.
- Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete the targets.
- Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
- Basic knowledge of TPM and skill to perform regular TPM activities to keep the machine in healthy condition.
- Maintain the 5S of area and follow daily cleanliness routine.
- Basic computer skills.
- Maintain and ensure all safety related instructions in the work area.
- Achieve daily production target and maintain record of day-to-day production activities.
- Check job output for quality assurance and document as per standard.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as need.
- Study operations on other machining centres also and provide inputs to improve current processes.
- NPD -Develop and Product confirmation.
