Job Description

  • Ensure precise measurements for machining activities.
  • Take proper care of cutting tools and maintain tools to cost control by increasing tool life.
  • Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete the targets.
  • Maintain a safe and clean workstation.
  • Basic knowledge of TPM and skill to perform regular TPM activities to keep the machine in healthy condition.
  • Maintain the 5S of area and follow daily cleanliness routine.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Maintain and ensure all safety related instructions in the work area.
  • Achieve daily production target and maintain record of day-to-day production activities.
  • Check job output for quality assurance and document as per standard.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as need.
  • Study operations on other machining centres also and provide inputs to improve current processes.
  • NPD -Develop and Product confirmation.
