Role Overview

Your role and responsibilities

The Expert Labs Education Practice Lead (Band 8) is responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and growth of the education business within Expert Labs. This role focuses on building scalable education offerings, fostering strong partnerships, and delivering revenue-generating programs that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine business acumen, collaboration expertise, and strong leadership capabilities to establish a high-impact education practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Education Business Development & Growth
    • Lead the end-to-end education business lifecycle, from content creation to monetization and revenue generation.
    • Identify opportunities to expand learning offerings, subscriptions, and certification programs.
  • Cross-Practice Collaboration
    • Partner with multiple practices to design and implement scalable workflows and content development flywheels.
    • Drive synergies across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality learning deliverables.
  • Customer & Internal Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer and internal queries related to the education practice.
    • Provide clarity on offerings such as subscriptions, courses, and global training programs.
  • Training Partner Management
    • Build and nurture relationships with global training partners.
    • Ensure alignment on quality, delivery standards, and business goals.
  • Leadership & Team Alignment
    • Demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to inspire teams toward shared objectives.
    • Rally cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Global Operations
    • Work effectively across different time zones, cultures, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Adapt communication and engagement strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Communication & Executive Engagement
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
    • Present strategies, progress, and outcomes clearly to executive audiences.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience in the education or training business, including content development and revenue generation.
  • Strong expertise in cross-functional collaboration and building scalable operational models.
  • Experience managing customer interactions and handling business-related queries.
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining partner relationships.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to operate in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage executive stakeholders.
