Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of next-generation infotainment solutions and connected vehicle features to ensure seamless, engaging, and intuitive customer experiences.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced in-car technologies that enhance user interaction and personalization, such as:
- AI-driven personalization
- In-car payment systems and digital transaction experiences
- OTT (Over-the-Top) content and entertainment platform integration
- Drive implementation and optimization of in-vehicle connectivity technologies (e.g., Wi-Fi, cellular connectivity, connected apps) to deliver reliable and user-friendly digital experiences.
- Continuously monitor and analyze:
- Evolving customer expectations
- Market dynamics
- Regulatory developments to inform customer-centric product strategies and innovations.
- Drive innovation in next-generation connected UX and infotainment systems, with a strong focus on driver and passenger satisfaction.
- Support the deployment of new applications, updates, and digital services, ensuring alignment with:
- Customer preferences
- Market trends
- Product quality standards
- Provide technical and strategic insights for connected vehicle services, prioritizing:
- Convenience
- Usability
- User engagement across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to defining and refining requirements within the automotive connectivity domain, focusing on continuous enhancement of user experience and digital service delivery.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in the automotive infotainment, customer experience, or connected vehicle domain.
- Strong understanding of:
- Vehicle connectivity protocols
- Cloud services
- Infotainment architecture
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in a product development environment.
- Proven knowledge in:
- Customer-centric feature development
