Define the roadmap and execute key digital innovation initiatives across all Equipment plants globally to enhance ETO processes and efficiency.
Represent ETO in global innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This includes training, analysis, testing, onsite checks, and pilot follow-ups.
Collaboration: Work with functional teams to identify key pain areas in ETO specific functions (Tendering, Project Management, Engineering, FAT) and leverage emerging technologies to find ground breaking solution.
Lead Paperless ETO Initiative: Check paper usage onsite, coordinate with plants, create baselines, define E2E architecture, run pilots, and assess plants for MMR.
Market Analysis / industry monitoring : Analyse market / industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
SME Coordination: Lead, coordinate, and animate SME groups for ETO-specific POCs.
Usecase MMR animation for Equipment perimeter. Coordinate with RSMEs / plants across all regions to identify needs, pain areas, new opportunities and MMR assessment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science.
Proven experience as an ETO process expert with a strong digital mindset.
Experience in managing digital transformation projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Experience in a global role or working with international teams is a plus.
