About The Role:

• Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with business users to understand and document business requirements, and translate them into effective Power BI solutions.
• Conduct data modelling and data analysis to ensure accurate data representation and visualization..
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and user experience, ensuring responsiveness and quick data retrieval.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of data and functionality of dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the data connections, gateways, the power of service, report performance, and data accuracy.
• Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information within the reports.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and trends to recommend enhancements and improvements.

About You:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Report Developer or in a similar role..
• Strong proficiency in Power BI and data visualization best practices..
• Experience in creating Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder.
• Experience in creating and configuration workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience in configuring Virtual Data Gateway and Enterprise Data Gateway.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, data analysis, and data transformation techniques..
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating calculated columns and measures.
• Familiarity with SQL and database querying..
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience: 5+ years.
• Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent studies.
• Personal Characteristics, Skills & Knowledge.
• A passion for healthcare, financial services, software development, and/or any combination of these disciplines.
• Strong interest in learning new things and comfort in pushing new boundaries.
