The Cocktail Story partners with leading alco-bev brands across India, delivering campaigns that blend strategy, storytelling, and seamless execution. The agency is focused on building culture, championing bartenders as key influencers and creating platforms that elevate their craft and voice.

Role Description The Experiential Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing brand activations and experiential campaigns for alco-bev clients. This role involves developing event concepts, experiential strategies, and consumer engagement plans that align with client objectives and brand positioning. The Experiential Marketing Manager will coordinate with internal creative, production, and strategy teams, as well as external partners, venues, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of events, pop-ups, and on-trade activations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project timelines and budgets, supervising event setup and on-ground operations, monitoring campaign performance, and preparing post-event reports and insights. The role also requires building strong client relationships, staying informed on industry trends, and identifying new experiential opportunities that can elevate brand presence and consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative experiential marketing strategies and campaign concepts aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of brand activations, product launches, consumer promotions, festivals, on-trade programs, influencer experiences, and experiential IPs.
  • Manage client relationships, present campaign proposals, oversee project timelines, and identify account growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, production partners, venues, and talent to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Manage project budgets, profitability, vendor negotiations, reconciliations, and financial performance.
  • Lead on-ground event execution, troubleshoot real-time challenges, and maintain premium brand standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare post-event reports, and provide strategic recommendations for future initiatives.
