Beforest Experiences are designed to help people reconnect with land, ecosystems and each other through thoughtfully curated programs across our collectives. We're looking for someone who can hold the spirit of these experiences while also making them happen on the ground.
If you enjoy forests, muddy shoes, conversations around a campfire and are comfortable holding both logistics and magic at the same time, you might belong here.
*What you'll be doing*
You'll work closely with the Experiences team to design, host and evolve Beforest Experiences across our collectives.
This includes:
Conceptualising experiences and helping shape new programs
Facilitating experiences by hosting participants and guiding activities
Coordinating with internal teams, facilitators and partners
Preparing participants before the experience and nurturing engagement afterwards
Managing logistics and backend preparation for programs
Ensuring experiences run smoothly on the ground
Interacting with the Beforest community and answering participant queries

Enjoys facilitating and holding space for groups
Is organised but comfortable with the unpredictability of nature and travel
Is excited to build something evolving and meaningful
Is curious about ecology, land restoration and regenerative living
*What we're looking for*
13 years of experience in outdoor facilitation / experiential programs / nature education
Comfortable leading groups in outdoor environments
Strong people skills and communication
Ability to manage logistics and coordination independently
Based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate
Bonus
First Aid certification
Naturalist training
Trek or outdoor leadership experience

This role involves frequent travel to Beforest collectives across India depending on program schedules.
If you enjoy being outdoors and spending time on the land, this will feel natural.
