Pay

₹30,000 per month + internet expenses for the first 6 months.

Compensation will be reviewed and increased based on performance after that.

KapDX Media is hiring an experienced full-time YouTube video editor with at least 2 to 3 years of experience editing YouTube content.

This role is for someone who is a high performer and can work consistently, handle pressure, stay available during working hours, and maintain strong quality control before submitting projects.

• Talking head videos
• YouTube Shorts for talking head content
• Vlogs

Requirements

Must be based in Assam

1. Must have 2 to 3 years of experience editing YouTube videos
2. Strong written and spoken English is mandatory, as all content handled in this role is in English only
3. Must be an experienced user of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Canva
4. Must be able to handle work pressure without losing quality
5. Must cross-check and quality-check work before submission
6. Must be available for same-day feedback, revisions, and calls during working hours
7. Must know how to use AI tools for image and video generation.

Work schedule

This is a full-time remote role.

You must commit 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.

Timing is flexible, but you must clearly define your shift in advance. Example working hours:

• 9 AM to 6 PM, including a 1-hour break
• 10 AM to 7 PM, including a 1-hour break
• 11 AM to 8 PM, including a 1-hour break

You must remain actively available during your chosen working hours.

Workload

Expected workload can range from 6 to 15 or even 18 projects per month, depending on volume.
