Description

We are seeking Experienced Medical Billing AR Callers and AR Analysts to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 4 years of experience in medical billing and accounts receivable management, capable of efficiently managing billing processes and resolving claims with insurance providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable processes and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims.
• Communicate with insurance companies and clients to resolve billing issues.
• Analyze and review aging reports to identify and prioritize outstanding accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups regarding accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation as required.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience in medical billing or accounts receivable analysis.
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes and healthcare reimbursement.
• Proficient in using billing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and insurance representatives.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies effectively.

AR callers shift timings - Night shift (cab drop available for women employees)
