Experienced Travel Agent / Consultant

Job Description:

Need for self-motivated and detail-oriented travel agent in 9 year old established US based travel agency for Ahmedabad call center

Require:

Minimum 3+ years professional travel agent experience

Experience with Sabre or Amadeus GDS

Customer service skills and fluency in English

Understanding and anticipating client needs and travel preferences

Handle heavy phone volume and email conversations in English

Understand and willing to learn world Geography

Experience in Pricing, Selling and Booking Air and Tour reservations in GDS

Willing to work in night hours for US day time

MS Office Suite Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
