Experienced Study Abroad Counsellor

About the Role

Beyond Immigration Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Study Abroad Counsellor to join our counselling and admissions team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in overseas education counselling, university applications and student conversion and should be comfortable working with targets.

You will counsel students and parents, recommend suitable study destinations/universities, manage applications and documentation, follow up with leads and drive students through the admission journey until enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities.

Understand student profiles and recommend suitable countries, universities and courses.

Handle counselling for destinations such as UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Dubai and other international destinations.

Manage the complete admission process from counselling to application and enrolment.

Assist with university applications, SOPs, LORs and supporting documentation.

Coordinate with universities/partners for applications, offers and admissions.

Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into applications and enrolments.

Maintain regular CRM updates and accurate student records.

Guide students regarding visa documentation and interview preparation.

Achieve monthly counselling, application, enrolment and revenue targets.

Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs and other student engagement activities.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counselling.

Strong knowledge of international admissions and study destinations.

Proven experience in student counselling and lead conversion.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities.

Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

Working knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Location Requirement - This is a Work From Office role based in RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad.

Candidates who can comfortably commute to Ghaziabad on a daily basis will be preferred.

Compensation

₹25,000–₹45,000 per month + performance-based incentives, depending on relevant experience and expertise.
