Job Description:
Aartex Furnishings, a leading name in home furnishings and dcor, is hiring an Experienced Sales Executive for its retail showroom in Panipat. The ideal candidate must have prior retail sales experience specifically in home dcor, furnishings, textiles, upholstery, curtains, or interior-related products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and understand their furnishing and dcor requirements
- Promote and sell products such as upholstery fabrics, curtains, wallpapers, and related dcor items
- Provide product demonstrations, design suggestions, and customized solutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the showroom team for billing, stock updates, and displays
- Maintain showroom presentation and product knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- 24 years of retail sales experience in home furnishings / textiles / dcor showroom only
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused approach with negotiation ability
- Basic knowledge of billing systems and inventory processes
Preferred :
- Experience dealing with interior designers, architects, or bulk customers
- Familiarity with fabric types, measurements, and customization processes
