Job Description:
Understanding the client's query.
Suggesting best possible destinations, routes to the client as per the required trip duration &budget.
Doing the entire costing of ground package including accommodation, sightseeing,transportation, meals etc. on Excel sheet or CRM software that we have.
Giving quotations with routing, pricing, inclusions.
Aggressively following up on the query until the deal gets closed.
Negotiating best and lowest possible rates with suppliers for all the services.
Liaise with travel partners such as airlines, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, etc. to create andmanage bookings.
Coordinating with suppliers and clients for payments, adhering to the cancellation deadlines.
Issuing confirmation vouchers to the client.
Briefing the client about the trip and satisfactorily answering their queries.
Remaining as one point contact for client until the end of the trip.
Taking a feedback from the client as learning process and building a strong relationship so thatthe client refers us more business.
Should also be able to handle Domestic sector queries when required.

Minimum criteria to apply for this job:
Must be able to travel daily (Mon-Sat, 10am 7pm) to our office at Charni Road.
Must be willing to attend queries or troubleshoot real-time issues out of office hours in case of emergency.
Must be a graduate with bachelor's degree.
Must have 3+ years experience in travel & tourism operations.
Must have strong and effective communication, organisational, analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Must have in-depth knowledge of International destinations like Europe, UK, USA, NewZealand, Africa in terms of Itinerary, Attractions, City Centre locations, DMCs.
Must be well versed with various B2B portals for hotels, sightseeing, transfers, etc.
Must have a good vocabulary to write itineraries, blogs etc.
Must be able to join immediately within a week or two, once selected.
