We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Professional who understands the Gurugram/NCR property market and has a strong ability to convert qualified leads into successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads and understand client requirements

• Present suitable residential & commercial property options

• Conduct client meetings, presentations and site visits

• Regularly follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline

• Negotiate effectively and drive deals toward closure

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors

• Stay updated on Gurugram/NCR projects, pricing and market trends

• Consistently work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales

• Good knowledge of the Gurugram/NCR real estate market

• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills

• Confident in handling HNI clients and investors

• Self-motivated and target-driven approach

• Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills

• Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate preferred
