Job Description
To manage and deliver high-quality proposals for transport and infrastructure projects in the GCC region, working from India's Global Capability Centre. The role ensures seamless collaboration between technical experts, business development leads, and proposal teams across geographies.
Responsibilities
- Proposal Development
- Lead the preparation of bids and proposals for transport & infrastructure projects in GCC markets.
- Ensure proposals are compliant, persuasive, and aligned with client requirements.
- Develop win themes and differentiators tailored to regional priorities (urban mobility, smart infrastructure, sustainability).
- Coordination & Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between GCC country teams and the India capability centre.
- Work closely with technical leads, project directors, and business development managers to gather inputs.
- Support the lead country work-winning team in strategic pursuits and major tenders.
- Quality & Governance
- Maintain consistency with WSP standards, templates, and branding.
- Ensure compliance with tender instructions and internal review processes.
- Manage timelines and coordinate reviews to deliver proposals on schedule.
- Knowledge Management
- Maintain a repository of proposal content, CVs, project sheets, and case studies.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across the global proposal network.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proposal/bid management experience (ideally 7-10 years).
- Excellent written communication and editing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with transport and infrastructure sectors (roads, rail, airports, ports, urban infrastructure).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7-10 years in proposal/bid management, preferably in the Transport and infrastructure sector
- GCC India (e.g., Bangalore, Noida, Mumbai
BGV:
