Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Medical Coding (ED Facility/Denials) Certified in AAPC or AHIMA position located in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as coding, reviewing, and analyzing medical records to ensure accurate coding for diagnosis and procedures. The candidate will also manage coding denials and work with healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies. Focus will be on maintaining coding accuracy and compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications

• Coding Experience and Medical Coding skills
• Certification in AAPC or AHIMA
• Knowledge of Health Information Management and Medical Terminology
• Attention to detail and accuracy in coding practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with coding software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
