Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in immigration sales, visa counselling, client relationship management, and converting prospective clients into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming immigration and visa-service enquiries.
- Counsel clients regarding overseas immigration and visa services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into clients.
- Explain service packages, fees, documentation requirements, and processes accurately.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in immigration sales or visa consultancy.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Experience in lead conversion and sales follow-ups.
- Ability to work towards monthly sales targets.
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary plus attractive performance-based incentives, depending on experience and interview performance.
