Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct intakes- first-session consultations
Provide individual, family and group psychotherapy for children, adolescents and young adults (typically between 7-25 years)
Conduct comprehensive cognitive/psychoeducational assessments
Contribute to training programmes, workshops and community outreach initiatives
Supervise early-career psychologists (based on experience)
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care
Delivering one-to-one evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions online and offline
Administering psychometric and cognitive assessments, scoring, interpreting, and reporting the same
Conceptualising and delivering specialised workshops and webinars
Developing and engaging with specialised clinical protocols
Content research and development for proprietary products
Supervising and monitoring online forums (e.g., communities)
Leadership, training, and supervision of new members of the team
